Invite-only access. HueDistrict's Google sign-in and Google Drive access are restricted to a small number of invited administrators only. This is not a public sign-in. Only email addresses explicitly invited and allow-listed by HueDistrict can authenticate or grant Google access; all other Google accounts are rejected at sign-in.

This Privacy Policy explains how HueDistrict ("we", "us"), a poster brand based in Bengaluru, India, handles information in connection with our website (huedistrict.com) and our private administrative tool.

1. Who this applies to

Administrators (invite-only): a small, allow-listed set of HueDistrict team members who sign in with Google to manage poster drops and orders.
Customers: visitors who browse the public storefront and place orders.

2. Google user data we access (administrators only)

When an invited administrator signs in with Google, we request access to:

Basic profile & email — to identify the administrator and confirm they are on our invite allow-list before granting any access.
Google Drive — to read and manage poster files and store order records within a single shared "Hue District" Google Drive folder that the administrator already has access to. We use this solely to: read poster artwork uploaded by the team, create lifestyle "in-room" preview images, copy approved posters into a "for sale" folder, and store order records.

We do not access, scan, or index any files outside the shared "Hue District" folder, and we do not use Google data for advertising.

Limited Use disclosure. HueDistrict's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the invite-only administrative features described above; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except where required for security, to comply with the law, or with the user's explicit consent.

3. Customer information we collect (public storefront)

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and pincode to fulfil and ship your order. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Razorpay); we do not store your card or full bank details on our servers.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers strictly to operate the service:

Google — authentication and Drive storage for administrators.
Razorpay — to process customer payments securely.
Anthropic (Claude) — to generate marketing captions and analyse poster imagery for lifestyle previews.
Leonardo.ai — to generate room-scene preview images.

We never sell your personal information.

5. Data retention & deletion

Order records are kept for as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting and legal obligations. Administrators may revoke our access to their Google account at any time via Google Account permissions. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using the details below.

6. Security

Access to administrative features is restricted to invited, allow-listed accounts and protected by Google sign-in. Connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
