Invite-only administrative access. The administrative and Google-connected features of HueDistrict are available by invitation only and are limited to authorised HueDistrict personnel whose email addresses have been explicitly allow-listed. Attempting to access these features without an invitation is not permitted.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HueDistrict website (huedistrict.com) and related services operated by HueDistrict, a poster brand based in Bengaluru, India. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

HueDistrict offers two parts: a public storefront where customers can browse and purchase art posters, and a private, invite-only administrative tool used by our team to manage poster drops, generate lifestyle previews, and process orders.

2. Eligibility & invite-only access

The public storefront is open to anyone old enough to make a purchase under applicable law.
Administrative features, including sign-in with Google and access to Google Drive, are restricted to invited, allow-listed administrators only. We may add or remove invitations at our discretion.

3. Orders & payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline orders at our discretion. We aim to dispatch within the timeframe indicated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to administrative features, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All poster artwork, designs, and brand assets on HueDistrict are the property of HueDistrict or its artists and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission. Purchase of a poster grants you ownership of the physical print only, not the underlying artwork rights.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HueDistrict is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
